My wife Lauri and I recently purchased a house in Seal Beach through Scott & Jessica.  We currently live in Denver, CO but knew that Seal Beach was the town for us.  We imagined that the process of purchasing a home would be more stressful than normal being that my wife and I are from out of state. However, Scott & Jessica made the entire process as stress-free as possible once we found our dream-home.

 

They managed everything including home inspection, negotiating and overseeing repairs, and the close of the property without us even being present.  Since we aren't moving into the property for another year Scott listed and got the house rented with ideal tenants prior to the previous owner moving out.  They are now helping coordinate a meeting with an architect to see about an addition of a roof top deck to the home.
